The Villa
The restaurant, located on the ground floor, consists of two small rooms and a main hall with a functional fireplace, accommodating up to 60 guests with table service. The restaurant area is also used for breakfast service for hotel guests.

After the renovation works, the facility is ready for public opening with hotel services. Outside, there is a secure parking area with closed-circuit video surveillance both in front and behind the building.
The hotel, located on the upper floor, consists of 8 double rooms, 2 Junior Suites furnished with high-quality antique-style materials, and 6 traditional rooms furnished with high-quality modern-style materials.
Dining Room
